1. SHIPPING

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SELECTING SPECIAL DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50 TO COVER YOUR ITEM FOR LOSS/DAMAGE (UP TO £500).
We aim to process and post your order within 1-3 working days, but please let us know if you need it in a hurry!
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail services.

POSTAGE OPTIONS ARE TRACKED:

• 2nd Signed For (offers proof of delivery)
  Small Parcels (up to 2kg) = £4.69
  Large Parcels (up to 5kg) = £9.99
  Tracked on receipt at Post office and on delivery in 2-3 working days (max 8 days), cover up to £50 per parcel.

• 1st Signed For (offers proof of delivery)
  Small Parcels (up to 2kg) = £5.39
  Large Parcels (up to 5kg) = £6.29
  Tracked on receipt at Post office and on delivery in 2-3 working days (max 8 days), cover up to £50 per parcel.

• Special Delivery (ideal for valuable items, offers proof of delivery):
  up to 500g = £7.70
  1kg = £8.80
  2kg = £11.15
  Full tracking, signature on delivery, 1pm next day delivery, cover up to £500 (higher cover also available, please email to request a quote).

• International delivery (up to 2kg):
  Europe £16.00
  ROW £22.00
  Fully tracked, Europe delivery in 3-5 working days, worldwide delivery in 5-7 working days, signature on delivery, cover up to £50 (additional cover available).

Your Preloved Stories does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax or any quarantine checks (as applicable). Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

2. RECYCLE

Items are packed in envelopes made from at least 60% recycled materials or boxes that can be fully recycled – please re-use them where possible or put them in your recycling bin. We also use cotton bags for some items, please keep this to re-use in your home or on shopping trips. Alternatively, please post it back to us to re-use.

3. LOST / MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel doesn’t arrive, please let us know. We will provide tracking information to locate your item.
Your Preloved Stories does not take responsibility for any items that become lost or missing but we will endeavour to track (and provide compensation details if needed).
