SHOPPING PRE-LOVED

Pre-loved items may contain minor flaws or show signs of wear. Any flaws not evident from the photos online will be highlighted in the description.  Please ensure you have read the description before committing to purchase.  We are always happy to provide more detailed photos, measurements or information if requested.  Please DM via Instagram or email sales@yourprelovedstories.com.

AUTHENTICATION

We check the authenticity of our pre-loved products with our clients by requesting visibility of proof of purchase or authenticity documents. If these are not available, we verify the items for authentic markers per brand, or will use a third party verification service. If authenticity is in question we will return the item to our client. You can also utilise our refund policy if in doubt of your purchase on receipt.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If your purchased item isn’t right for you in size or style, we are happy to offer a refund of the cost of the item(s) minus a transaction fee of 1.4%. Please contact us within 48 hours on receipt of your item and return within 7 days for UK and 14 days for International from date of receipt. For ‘Collection’ orders, the 7 days returns policy starts from day of purchase.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely.  We will then refund the cost of the item(s) - RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT (14 days for International deliveries). Please note, jewellery and bags/purses are sold as seen and cannot be returned. Please refer to dimensions provided with the product description.

Items shown on our website are sold through our platform for individual private sellers. At all times the legal title of each item remains with the individual private seller. All sales are consumer to consumer and the returns policy offered is in line with statutory guidelines.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED AT A POP-UP EVENT?

All items purchased at pop-up events are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
